Teacher Workshops, aligned with Indonesia’s Curriculum Merdeka, ensuring immediate relevance for educators
Licensing, allowing schools to adopt ACT 3’s curriculum without the need for physical centres
But strategy alone was not enough.
To truly connect with the market, a targeted omni-channel approach was rolled out—combining social media, free webinars, hands-on workshops, and direct outreach to thousands of educators and decision-makers.

Step by step, traction began to build.
✓ Partnerships were formed with schools.
✓ Licensing agreements were secured in Jakarta and Pontianak.
✓ Teacher training collaborations were established.
✓ And eventually, a franchise agreement was signed in Jakarta.
What started as a market entry plan became a scalable ecosystem—creating impact across multiple touchpoints in the education sector.
This journey shows that expansion does not always require heavy investment or large-scale infrastructure. With the right strategy, it is possible to grow efficiently while staying true to your core mission.
