Curt & Co. Supports Singapore Business Federation’s Indonesia Business Mission 2026

Not every business partnership starts with a deal. Some begin more like a carefully arranged introduction — where two companies meet for the first time, explore alignment, and see if there is potential to build something meaningful together.

This was exactly the spirit behind the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Indonesia Business Mission, held from 5–8 May 2026 in Jakarta, where Singapore and Indonesia came together through structured business matching sessions designed to spark real regional collaboration.

As one of the appointed facilitators supporting the mission, Curt & Co. Pte. Ltd. assisted in coordinating and facilitating business matching sessions between Singapore delegates and Indonesian companies across multiple industries. The mission focused on encouraging collaboration, market exploration, and long-term regional partnerships.

Across the four-day programme, more than 40 business meetings were conducted between 12 Singapore companies and Indonesian businesses from sectors including healthcare, education, food manufacturing, logistics, sustainability, consulting, technology, and workforce development.

Business matching is more than arranging meetings. It is about creating the right environment for meaningful introductions — where companies can understand each other beyond brochures and presentations.

In many cases, these first meetings open the door to deeper conversations about market needs, operational models, and potential collaboration opportunities. Some connections move quickly, while others take time to develop — just like any relationship built on trust and alignment.

Throughout the mission, delegates had the opportunity to:


  • Explore Indonesia’s market landscape

  • Understand local industry trends and business practices

  • Identify potential distributors and strategic partners

  • Discuss expansion opportunities into Indonesia

  • Exchange operational knowledge and market insights

 

Several meetings progressed into promising follow-up discussions, including distributorship opportunities, recruitment collaborations, workforce development programmes, and potential long-term partnerships.
